Germany: Police seek help in identifying young man accused of supermarket robbery

Germany : Police in the German city of Mönchengladbach (North Rhine-Westphalia) released surveillance camera images of a young man wanted for burglary at a local supermarket.

The supermarket robbery took place on August 21 in Odenkirchen Germany. At about 10 p.m., a masked man armed with firearms entered the store manager’s office.

According to police in Mönchengladbach, the masked thief threatened the head of the branch and two employees, and handcuffed two women. After hiding the stolen items in a black backpack, at about 10:15 pm, the man wanted by the German police escaped through the back exit of the supermarket in the direction of “Von der Helmstrasse”.
