Lookman was born to Nigerian parents and raised in Peckham in the UK and plays for Leicester City as a winger.

Lookman, who is on loan at Leicester from RB Leipzig, was part of England’s stunning title win at the 2017 Under 20s World Cup.

Dailymail wrote that the 24-year-old has not yet played for England’s senior team. He follows in the footsteps of Alex iwobi, Everton’s winger, who represented England at youth level and went on to represent Nigeria at the senior level.

Nigeria have been eyeing the player and are excited to finally be able to have him on the national team – Super Eagles.
