- Morocco
- Tunisia
- Ghana
- Senegal
The race to 2022 FIFA World Cup has been very competitive. Ghana won against Nigeria after a draw 1-1 in their second game. Arsenal midfielder, Thomas Partey scored the crucial goal that helped them qualify for the 2022 World Cup
Cameroon played against Algeria and won. Ahmed Touba scored in the 118th minute but Karl Toko Ekambi saved Cameroon in the fourth minute of added extra time giving them victory over Algeria
Senegal won against Egypt 3-1 on penalties in the second game. This was after three and a half hours of playing. Both Liverpool players Mo Salah and Sadio Mane scored during the 2 games.
Morocco won against DR Congo 4-1 securing them a place in the FIFA World Cup 2022. This is the sixth time Morocco is qualifying for World Cup.
The World Cup finals is scheduled to take place in Qatar from 21st November to 18th December 2022. This is the first time the Word Cup is being held in the Arab world.
