Having sex is not a valid reason to ignore the curfew – it was for this reason that a couple in Bavaria were fined with a heavy sum.
The dpa agency informed that the incident that took place in the district of Tirschenreuth was confirmed by the police on Wednesday.
On Saturday evening police patrolling the roads in Leonberg in the Upper Palatinate noticed a car parked near the forest. When they approached the vehicle, it turned out that steam was heavy on the windows.
When the uniformed policemen came closer, the lovers could now be seen. They had to give up their pleasures. In addition, they learned that for the time spent together they will have to pay a fine of 1000 euros, 500 euros per person.

Due to epidemic restrictions in Bavaria , it is forbidden to leave the apartment from 21:00 to 5:00. The exception for which it is possible to travel during the curfew must be justified by good reasons. The desire to have sex is not one of them.
