Barack Obama is the narrator of an upcoming Netflix documentary Our Great National Parks that will be streaming on 13th April
The five-part series has been produced by Higher Ground Productions Company owned by former USA president Barack Obama and his wife Mishelle Obama. The documentary majorly focuses on wildlife around the world
Which parks are featured in Our Great National Parks?
According to deadline reports, the series is featuring several parks from Monerey Bay, Carlifonia, Tsavo National Park in Kenya and Gunung Leuser National Park in Indonesia
Obama and his wife signed a partnership with Netflix back in 2018 with an aim to produce scripted series, unscripted series, documentaries and features.
Barack Obama narrates Our Great National Parks Documentary
Our Great National Park trailer starts with Barack’s narration “A fish that can walk, surfing hippos that want to catch the waves, species found nowhere else on earth. When humanity started to protect these wild places, we did not realize how important they would become. They are haven for endangered species and a hotbed for scientific research.”
Other than Our Great National Park, Higher production company has produced award winning content such as Crip Camp and Becoming and American factory which won an Oscar award.
