The former Prime Minister of Kenya Raila Odinga and 12 County Governors are coming to Germany for the Kenya Business Summit in Darmstadt.
The Summit aims to connect Kenyan business and political leaders with the European business community.
Due to its pivotal role in East Africa, Kenya is the commercial gateway to the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa.
The country has made significant structural and economic reforms and is one of the fastest growing economies in Africa.
Thanks to a decentralized government, Counties now have the opportunity to grow independently and more effectively. The County Governments control about 30% of the national budget both directly and indirectly.
The Kenya Business Summit in Darmstadt will host more than 100 Kenyan business and political leaders.
Key decision makers present at the event will be looking for large scale/high volume business partnerships.
