Experience a variety of authentic Kenyan cuisines at the Vegan Summer Festival in Hamburg

The Vegan Summer Festival event is happening this Sunday the 17th of October 2021 and it will be held at Landhaus Walter 12-7pm, Hamburg. The event gives an opportunity for attendees to experience a variety of vegan food that’s ‘Made in Kenya’.

The Kenyan cuisine is a delicious combination of general East African cooking styles with Indian, Portuguese, Arab, and Native American influences as well as more unique Kenyan flavours.

The organisers of the event Community Development Fund in a post added that despite the cuisine not being predominantly vegan/vegetarian, a lot of dishes are traditionally vegan or can easily be made suitable for vegans with or without substitutions.

For Africans in Germany, especially Kenyans, this would be an amazing opportunity to be able to experience a taste of home.
