Manchester United is currently on the lead to sign in Napoli striker Victor Osimhen with bidding set to start at €48m.
Early January, Newcastle offered a €48m deal to the player but he rejected it. Arsenal is also currently eyeing the player and they are likely to offer him Champions league in the next season which could work to their advantage.
According to Corriello dello sport, Machester United is already in discussions with Osihemen representative Roberto Calenda although Calenda is negotiating his client’s move to Old Trafford. So far, he has held summit with Napoli president, sporting director and Osimhen himself.

Victor Osimhen is a Nigerian professional footballer playing for the Nigeria National team and as striker for the Serie A club Napoli. The 23-year-old is drawing attention from the premier league due to his excellent performance this season. He has scored 16 goals in 28 appearances this season for Napoli moving them to top four in Serie A
Initially Osimhen was playing for Lille before moving to Napoli in 2020. He was switched at €67m and he still has three years left in his current contract meaning he will come at a hefty price for any potential suitor.
