Ghanaian Germany-based footballer Stephan Ambrosius joins German team Karlsruher on loan.

Africans in Sports. African footballers. Ghanaian Germany-based footballer Stephan Ambrosius completed his move to German Bundesliga II side Karlsruher.

The talented footballer joined the club on a season-loan from Hamburg SV.

Ambrosius said he was very happy to be in Karlsruhe and that he wanted to help the team with his positive nature. The 23-year-old said he would also give his all to his new team and that he was looking forwards to being on the pitch with the other players.

Oliver Kreuzer, Managing Director Sport said that the loan was a win-win for both sides. The team gets a central defender who can help them and Stephan Ambrosius can also recommend himself for a World Cup nomination.
