Diamond Platinumz ft Koffi Olomide video song “Waah” song takes world by storm, breaks Youtube record in Africa

Tanzania’s superstar Diamond Platinumz has joined forces with the Congolese Soukus singer, dancer, producer, and composer Koffi Olomide in a new extremely popular track titled “Waah!”

The track released on 30th November 2030 has already hit 6 million views on YouTube, making it the first African music video to have a such high number of views withing a very short time.

The song was produced by Lizer Classic while the Video was shot by Director Kenny of Zoom Extra, a production company co-owned by Diamond and Kenny.

Diamond, whose real name is Nasibu Abdul Juma Issack, is a Tanzanian bongo Flava recording artist, actor, dancer, philanthropist, and a businessman who was raised in a less-privileged neighborhood of Tandale, Dar es Salaam.

Born on 2nd October 1989, Diamond is the founder and CEO of WCB Wasafi Record Label, Film production company, Zoom Extra. He also owns and manages TV & a Radio Station called Wasafi TV & Wasafi FM.

Diamond has won numerous awards at Channel O, MTV Awards, Soundcity, Kilimanjaro Music Awards, Headies, Afrima, Afrimma, Kora, AEA, the HiPipo Music Awards and many more and has been nominated for the BET awards in the past.
