Jamal Musiala has won his third Player of the Month title in a row, following his wins in October and November, by being named Bayern Munich’s best player for December 2024. The 21-year-old earned this honor after an outstanding performance in December, scoring four goals and providing two assists in five games.
Fans clearly agreed with the choice, as Musiala received 51% of the votes, comfortably ahead of Joshua Kimmich (11%) and Konrad Laimer (7%).
Musiala played a key role in Bayern’s 4-2 victory over Heidenheim, scoring two goals, and also contributed to the team’s 5-1 wins over Shakhtar Donetsk (with one goal and one assist) and RB Leipzig (again with one goal and one assist). His influence on the team was evident, as Bayern lost both matches in December where he didn’t score or assist, against Bayer Leverkusen in the DFB Cup and Mainz in the league.
With Musiala continuing to deliver impressive performances, fans will be hoping for more award-winning displays as the team moves into 2025.
