DETAILS OF THE NOMINEE
ADAN e.V. is a registered and recognized charity organisation that was founded in 2014 by young ambitious students with African roots in Frankfurt am Main.
The association’s goal is to make diversity visible and promote it in the German society. The network has over 300 active members and continues to grow.
The ADAN e.V. is an inclusive network of Afro-German and Africa-interested students, professionals, trainees and academics that aims to convey a differentiated image of the African continent, Africans and Afro-Germans.
ADAN e.V. is a unique network that offers its members a platform to connect with businesses and organisations, promote personal and professional development, and actively influence issues affecting Black People of Colour (BPoC) and the African Diaspora.
ADAN members have the opportunity to gain useful experience through their volunteer work by engaging in diverse projects and contributing and implementing their own ideas.
Project management, communication skills, strategic planning, event organization and intercultural competencies are just a few of the many skills you can acquire from ADAN and successfully apply in your professional life.
