Man United Target €80m Victor Osimhen Swap Deal for January

Manchester United targets Victor Osimhen

Manchester United targets Victor OsimhenAfrican footballers. Manchester United are reportedly considering a swap deal involving Joshua Zirkzee and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen during the January transfer window.

Zirkzee, who joined United from Bologna in the summer, has struggled to settle into life in the Premier League. According to reports, some at the club are questioning whether the Dutch forward has what it takes to become a regular in the squad. This has sparked speculation that Zirkzee could return to Italy.

At the same time, United are looking to strengthen their attack, and Victor Osimhen has emerged as a potential target. The Nigerian striker was previously on United’s radar when Erik ten Hag was pushing for reinforcements, but a deal didn’t happen due to financial constraints. This summer, Osimhen was loaned to Galatasaray, where he has been in excellent form, scoring eight goals in 11 appearances.

Reports suggest that Osimhen’s loan includes a clause allowing him to join one of ten top European clubs, though it’s unclear if United are on that list. Nevertheless, United are said to be preparing a deal worth approximately €80 million, which includes €38 million in cash plus Zirkzee in exchange for Osimhen.

In addition to Osimhen, United are reportedly interested in PSV Eindhoven’s attacking midfielder Malik Tillman. The 21-year-old has impressed in the Eredivisie this season with eight goals and four assists in 19 appearances. Tillman, a former Bayern Munich player, is attracting interest from other Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa.

Tillman is reportedly open to a move to the Premier League, but PSV are said to value him at around €38 million. United may face competition for his signature if they decide to pursue the young midfielder in January.
