The head of the Germany Government said that the vaccination campaign has slowed down, there was an increase in the number of cases. Currently, there is 55.1 percent of people in Germany who are already fully vaccinated.

No more free trials from October 11

This means that after this date, unvaccinated people will have to pay for the test out of their own pocket.

Tests will only be reimbursed for people who cannot be vaccinated now, e.g. children under 12 and pregnant women.

The obligation to wear masks and keep distance is maintained

Wearing masks in shops and other closed public places and on public transport will still be required. The order to keep social distance, to observe hygiene and to ventilate rooms is also maintained.
