Germany: Naked German man chases down wild boar that stole his laptop

A butt-naked German man was caught on camera as he chased down a feral hog that snatched a bag containing his laptop, while it ran with its piglets.

“Nature strikes back,” Adele Landauer, who snapped a shot, said in a Facebook post on Wednesday. “I showed the man the photos, he laughed heartily and gave me permission to make them public.”

In the image, the razorback rips across the grass, and two piglets run behind. A bright yellow bag hangs from the culprit’s snout.

The nude man appears to clap his hands as amused onlookers sit nearby.

“Because the bag contained his laptop, he gave it his all, even though he was in his birthday suit,” Landauer said, according to the Guardian.

The pig’s luck ran out when it was stalled by a cardboard box, and the animal dropped the device, the newspaper reported.

Landauer said in the post that the pig plucked the bag at the Teufelssee, a popular lake in west Berlin.

A witness told the Guardian that onlookers showered the man with applause when he returned with his computer.

In Germany, wild pigs are flying around. But there’s reason not to whine about the swine.

Derek Ehlert, Berlin’s ombudsman for wild animals, reportedly told local media: “We have so far had no injuries — the animals are quite used to humans.”
