The full-day’s programme organized by Rise Together for Africa (RiTA), aims to encourage innovative thinking and to steer the participants by planting a seed with which they can create for themselves the Africa they would want to live in.
The workshops will focus on the following fields; Agribusiness, Business, Engineering & Social Entrepreneurship.
Bibusa Washington Wißemann, a successful Zambian entrepreneur in Germany will be the facilitator for the Social Entrepreneurship Workshop. She is a communication and business development expert who boasts more than ten years of experience. Ms Wißemann is also a certified Public Administration expert.
Having worked on project environments and sectors, she excels at bringing people together and developing professional relations for a successful collaboration to achieve optimal results.
Ms Wißemann is the co-founder of B Preneur, a company with branches in Germany, UK and Zambia. B Preneur’s mission is to inspire people to form their own companies. It enables people form new business relationships, transform businesses with new opportunities and grow with powerful networks.
Vincent A. Duah, a Mining, Mechanical and Industrial Engineer with 20 years of experience in the Waste Management Industry will facilitate the Engineering Workshop. He works as a Consultant in the Waste Management Industry both in Germany and Ghana and is on the Board of HYZ AG Germany, a leading producer Hydraulic Cylinders for the mining industry worldwide.
