German Football club FC Bayern had to fire a long-term employee after he racially insulted players Serge Gnabry and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.
The team kit-man had to dismissed of his duties after he racially insulted the players who are of African Descent. Reports say the kit-man was on the FC Bayern club grounds with his daughter and upon running into the players made the remark, ‘You don’t need to bring that home with you.’
Other employees brought the issues to the club management who deemed the statement clearly racist and sacked him immediately reported tz.de.
According to Bild , the team has already been informed of the dismissal by sports director Hasan Salihamidzic. There was initially no comment from FC Bayern and the employee, who had been employed for over ten years.

This is not the first racist scandal that falls at the hands of the team as in 2020 they had a similar run that involved a youth coach who was fired for racist comments in a group chat.
He was sentenced to a fine and an 18-month ban from working.
