The president of the United Republic of Tanzania Dr. John Pombe Magufuli has been confirmed dead at age 61.
The African president died at Mzena Postal in Dar es Salaam. The news was confirmed in a video statement released by Vice President Samia Suluhu Hassan who said that he has died from ‘heart diseases’.
It is rumoured the Late President has suffred a heart attack, was put on life support for a period of four days then airlifted to Kenya to be treated at Nairobi Hospital.

John Magufuli was reported to be technically dead but then rumours surfaced that he was taken to India for further treatment but was confirmed dead and then airlifted back to his country, Tanzania.
Tanzanians on twitter took to offer their condolences and to share the sad news that has plagued their top ranking officials.
