Who is Leah Mugure Dittmann of Jambo African Dishes?
Leah Mugure Dittmann is the flavour behind Jambo African Dishes. She is based in Wetersadt, where she runs three food trucks. Having realised that Germans love and treasure the African culture, she has been able to prepare different foods from different African cultures.
In her business, Leah has been able to meet a lot of people and travel across different countries. In order to keep the African culture alive. Her greatest achievement as a food truck owner is that she has been able to create employment to many people and especially students.
Leah’s food trucks are capable of serving three hundred people for lunch three times a week. She has also been able to sponsor a couple of events in her area as well as catering for six weddings.
