Ms Mühlenbrock has been described as open minded to try new dishes.
The Hotel Restaurant Haus Mühlenbrock in Schermbeck serves delicious African foods and is a place where one has a feeling of coming home. The decorations remind guests of being somewhere in Kenya.
The Restaurant Hotel Haus Mühlenbrock is a place to enjoy mainly Kenyan food including the famous nyama choma (Kenyan BBQ).
Ms Mühlenbrock says it is important to show people our culture through food.
The restaurant also organises events such as Ngoma Afrika – African Festival which takes place for three days every year.
Their hotel rooms are also decorated the African way. It’s fabulous how this restaurant brings the Kenyan style to Germany.
One of their clients described the African buffet served at the restaurant as “simply terrific”, adding: “I have never experienced such a variety and I am totally surprised at how versatile African cuisine is.” The client also praised the fair prices charged at the Restaurant Hotel Haus Mühlenbrock.
