Who is Donata Akinyi Burmester?
Germany-based Kenyan entrepreneur Donata Akinyi has been promoting the identity of Afro-German women for years through events such as Miss Kenya Germany and also through organising fashion shows for Black designers as well as concerts and Afrobeat parties.
Events, music, and fashion are her greatest passions and she has so far developed 3 concepts on these themes, which she works on step by step to realise them.
Donata is the founder of AfroSchick, an online shop offering African fashion brands a home to showcase the amazing talents and designs, it is one of her concepts that has developed the most and made the greatest progress.
