Arsenal Eyes January Move for West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus

Arsenal targets Mohammed KudusAfrican footballers. Arsenal is reportedly considering a January move for West Ham midfielder Mohammed Kudus as they look to strengthen their squad after a mixed start to the Premier League season.

According to The Mirror, Arsenal initially pursued Kudus when he was with Ajax, but financial challenges prevented a deal. Kudus ultimately joined West Ham last summer for €40 million. Now, with the January transfer window nearing, Arsenal could reignite their interest in the talented midfielder.

There’s also speculation around Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard, who has been linked with a possible transfer to Saudi club Al-Ittihad. If Trossard leaves, it could open up a spot in the team for Kudus. Trossard has struggled to make an impact recently, failing to score since September and delivering a disappointing performance against Newcastle, where he was dispossessed multiple times without any shots on target.

Meanwhile, Kudus is currently serving a suspension after receiving a red card in West Ham’s 4-1 loss to Tottenham. Despite this, he has stayed in the spotlight, especially after he was seen at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium during their Champions League win over PSG. With the transfer window just around the corner, both Arsenal and Kudus fans are watching to see if a deal will come through.
