Germany’s office of Foreign Affairs wrote, holders of national passports from countries that do not require a visa to enter Germany (statement: “No”) may not stay in Germany for longer than 90 days in any 180-day period without a visa.

In addition, they are not allowed to take up any gainful employment during this period.
