The 1st place is endowed with 5000 €, the 2nd place with 3000 € and the 3rd with 2000 €! The integration officer is the sponsor of the project.

WHY IS THIS AWARD GIVEN?

It is still more difficult for people with a migration background to be perceived positively in the training market than other applicants especially for Africans in Germany who are looked down upon and racially stigmatised. That should change!

In order to set an example against this, the outstanding achievements of graduates of dual training with a migration background should be given special recognition.
