Ibbenbüren is a medium-sized town in the district of Steinfurt, in North Rhine-Westphalia.

“Following the death of our brother Dennis Oduor, I would like to inform all his friends and relatives based in Germany that his body will be transported to Kenya at a cost estimated at €8000 (KSh 874,000),” Dada Bibiye, a friend posted on Facebook.
